At The Artsy Home, we ensure quality products and careful delivery. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to help.

1. Damaged Items (Important)

If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a replacement only.

You must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

The video must show:

Sealed package before opening

Full unboxing process

Clearly visible damage

2. Claim Process

Share the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

Send it to us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email.

Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

3. Replacement Policy

Only damaged products will be replaced.

No refunds β€” only exchange/replacement.

Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

4. No Return / Exchange

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size selection

Minor color difference (due to lighting/screens)

5. Custom Orders

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
