Open Parcel for Mirrors
For mirrors, open parcel is allowed, so you can check your mirror at the time of delivery.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier or logistics issues, etc.).
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or has any issue, please send us your unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement within 7 working days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
